It worked fine, but then I was unable to log in and it keeps saying my password is no longer valid. I haven't changed it and verified that it is indeed correct. Calling the 800 number has not solved my issues, but I need to call in a phone order each time to renew my prescription.
Unknown Error 500. Seems to be useless as I cannot even access an account.
For every task I'm now getting "internal server error" either 404 for payment or 500 for others. Can't order, pay, or communicate. Nonfunctional. Used to be clunky but worked.
No matter what I try, the app just comes back with "Unknown 500 error. Internal server error". Also the website doesn't work for me either.

It's hard to believe the scrolling problem took over 3 months to fix. It may have even been longer because that's the first I noticed it. I think you guys should consider replacing your software development employees. That's a horrible track record. I may be moving my business to CVS.

Worked great until a month or so ago aside from being unable to change payment info. Now it's unusable due to the scrolling issue. Tried reinstalling without success. Please fix.

NoviXus, the Detriot Lions of mail order pharmacies. Of course this app doesnt work, what else did you expect. These ass clowns cant even make a receipt that shows more than 2 scripts on the front page. The web app does not print out receipts which are accepted for FSA or MSA reimbursment. I've even had to email them to tell them whdn its tine to change the printer cartridge. I've got decades more experience in IT and UI and do they take any of my freely offered adviced? Of course not.
