"It worked fine, but then I was unable to log in and it keeps saying my password is no longer valid. I haven't changed it and verified that it is indeed correct. Calling the 800 number has not solved my issues, but I need to call in a phone order each time to renew my prescription."

"NoviXus, the Detriot Lions of mail order pharmacies. Of course this app doesnt work, what else did you expect. These ass clowns cant even make a receipt that shows more than 2 scripts on the front page. The web app does not print out receipts which are accepted for FSA or MSA reimbursment. I've even had to email them to tell them whdn its tine to change the printer cartridge. I've got decades more experience in IT and UI and do they take any of my freely offered adviced? Of course not."
